I'm going to stay as close as possible as they are in my head. I'm probably not gonna draw all the scales, that's pretty hard in Illustrator xD
But I might try to make a hybrid sometime. A bit of Photoshop detail...

Pfft... This is why I am affraid of asking.. I have loads of OC's.. But the ones I really want as knuffels are the ones which I want to make myself.
