The prices of wilds fluctuates a bit. They start at 2,500, then the price goes up or down depending on how fast people buy them (sort of like a built in supply and demand).

You don't have to set up a specific day or time to try to grab the wild knuffle like you do when someone wants to give you a regular knuffle. When someone puts a wild up for sale, they have to put up at least 10. So it's not as much of a mad dash. Just check the wild knuffle section every once in a while to see if there's anything there that you're interested in.
