Cover yourself in cotton balls and get a spray bottle. When people ask what you are say cloudy with a chance of rain and then spray them. Mwahahahaha.

Maybe I can convince husband to do that. Cotton balls are pretty cheap, and we already have a spray bottle.

I would love to go to a Halloween crafting party. Sounds like a lot of fun.

Or you attach the cotton balls to an old shirt you won't wear anymore. Maybe even with white thread?

I'd just glue 'em on.

I don't want to do anything too permanent because I can't afford to replace any clothes.

Sewing them on would totally keep them on but I feel like it would be really time consuming to remove. lol.

Ooh a costume making party would be fun
It'd be a good way for newbies to learn a few things and more experienced folk to share tricks and tips

Light, if you use a water-soluble glue, maybe? You could get most of them off pretty easily and the last wisps would come off with washing and the glue would come out in the wash to keep your clothes in working shape....

Okay if so many of you guys think it's a good notion, I'll float the idea to my friends & family here and see if I can't pull it off, even if it is a little last minute.

I see... I cannot think of something else :(

I also think a pre-halloween-party would be interesting :)
