I don't see this website becoming anything like Gaia.
Gaian's administratiors, if I remember correctly, are japaneese.

I didn't know that so that would mean Gaia isn't a weeaboo fest either?

If I remember correctly they aren't (if you refer to Lanzer, he is Chinese), but what's the point? Only Japanese people are allowed to use Japanese terms/names?

nope, just making it noted that the influence there was because the administrators are closer to living in those places than we might be.
I dont think anythings wrong with us using japaneese influence, quite frankly the word weeabo is kind of offencive.

To tell the truth, I think Japanese items are quite overused on avatar sites like these. I would like to see more items that are inspired by other cultures. I'm always happy whenever there are Korean items, like the Kumiho set, but I'm biased.

While I am familiar with Japanese culture and language, I have no clue about Korean culture, so, naturally, it is more difficult to make an item from Korean culture for me.
But this aside: It is a fox item set. A fox is a fox, does it really matter what I name it like? You are equipping it on your avatar, what you are seeing are fox items, not what the item is named like. Whether these items were called "fox", "kitsune", or "kumiho", they would still look the same.
I refuse to knowledge, that this is even worth a discussion. I could have named the set Bubalubaga Monthyl Treasure, what difference would it make to the items?
The only reason why I named it "kitsune" and not "fox", is because I can't have it mix up with possible future fox items in Rikashitsu, so I needed a different name. I could have named it "Fox" in Burushaski, but since I can't speak Burushaski and probably also no one else here, no one would understand it, while many people, who deal with manga and anime know what a kitsune is, so it only seemed logical to pick this language over any other.
I will not participate in any further discussions about this topic, because, honestly, I find it ridiculous to make a big fuss about whether a fox item set is named "Fox", "Kitsune" "Fuchs", "Lis" or, whatever fox means in Burushaski.
My focus lies on making good items for your avatars, not good names.
