Ooh my Firn and Starkad, thank you so much! It's not really I've been 'waiting' for this, but I know this will give us all the most wonderful avatars because we can no experiment!!! =D
PS: after testing, everything seems to work well. The only thing is problems creating a brand new avatar. It worked fine when I used my current as a base.
Everything loaded well.

Like most other people it seems, I had a problem with loading an avatar. It wouldn't let me create a new one, I had to make it from my current.
Also, when I did make it from my current avatar, a lot of items wouldn't load, and when I clicked on them the image would disappear. It did this for just about everything. I thought it was just my computer being slow at first, and waited. But it just literally refused to load. o;
I don't know if it's just me~

I'm trying to make a new one and the items are loading (some are taking longer than others to load), but I have no skin on my dream avatar. It keeps saying request error! when I try to change my skin color. o_o;

I have the same issue D: It does this on all my browsers and even different computers. And My internet is usually really fast to load so I dont know what the issue is

Would like to see the section of the shirts be separated to maybe just shirts in one section and jackets in another. Something like that or just bring up the items by color you want to see since it took a bit for the dream avatar system to upload every single top item that has existed.

There already is a sorting feature in place, though it's a little hard to find. 
As for sorting between shirts and jackets, it's not perfect but you can search by the item names like "Jacket" or "Coat" and "Shirt" or "Top". I hope this helps. 8O

I also think another sort feature that would be nice to have, which is an option in shops, would be to sort it by newest items first.
I know I have come to be comfortable with looking through the shops in that order, and it may be helpful to look through the dream maker in that order.
Just a thought~ ^.^
