After you click the X a little box comes up. If you click the white horizontal button on bottom that says "Give Up This Knuffel For Adoption" then they're gone.

It's a really great idea. 8D I'm afraid that -- even if it's not turning out to be my most favourite Knuffel -- I will never give up any I have. /shot.

I hope so too, Meepy. I'm going through other accounts of mine that I don't log into anymore to give up knuffel to hopefully loving homes. ;_; *waves bye to them* Yes, even 1rst and 2nd gens.

OH GOD, I love this new feature so much! I can't wait to adopt some new old Knuffel through it. :3
And I guess I'll release some of my older multiples, so others can have them. Thanks so much, Firn and starkad, you made my day! <3
On a side note, I agree with JosieQ (though I would've voiced my concern a different way).
In my opinion, there should be an option to change the final stage once you chose one. This would keep people (like me *coughs*) from adopting lots of multiples and it would encourage people to give up some of their older Knuffel, so others would get a chance to get them. I don't think that there should be a high fee for that. 50 
like for the name change would be enough, maybe some more. I don't see how it'd hurt anyone, but it'd surely improve things as it'd take one reason to adopt several of the same Knuffel. If there was such option, I'd surely have less Knuffel and if it was implemented, I'd surely give up some of mine.
And I know I'm repeating myself, but I'm saying it again: I'm sick of people who tell others who suggest new things: "It is like it is, deal with it." Why? Why on earth shall we deal with it? Back in the days, we couldn't change our avi's gender. Now we can. Back in the days, we couldn't change our Knuffel's names. Now we can. Back in the days, we couldn't choose a final stage. Now we can. Back in the days, we couldn't optain retired Knuffel. Now we can. All because Firn decided that it'd be fine and put work into realizing it. SO, why is it wrong to ask for it? If Firn doesn't want it, she'll say she doesn't want it and will provide a reason. But Firn has never said: "It is the way it is, deal with it." Firn has always tried to improve things for us and make us happy. SO, let her decide if she wants to change things or not. But stop telling other people to deal with things.

Indeed. A site can't improve without feedback. To nip things in a the bud and say it can't be done is wrong (when you're not Firn or Starkad) and may kill some awesome future ideas if the person with the idea thinks they'll just be scolded for it.

Im confused, what do u mean by we can choose a knuffel's final stage? o:

Nice new feature. I don't have any knuffel I want to give up but there's a few I want to get to complete my collection.
I also agree with JosieQ. I think it's better if we had the option to pay for a different final stage of a knuffel if we change our mind instead of it being a one time thing.
@belus - Once a knuffel is maxed out you can pick what stage you want the knuffel to stay at. So say you like it's second form more then it's final form you can change it to stay at it's second stage instead of it's maxed out form.
