I did a quick counting of the total amount of Easter '13 items you can get from Eggplantation (24). I also made myself a list of how I should fertilize and water my plants to get all the possible items:

water x 3, -
water x 2, -
water x 1, -
water x 3, fertilize x 1
water x 3, fertilize x 2
water x 3, fertilize x 3

water x 2, fertilize x 1
water x 2, fertilize x 2
water x 2, fertilize x 3

water x 1, fertilize x 1
water x 1, fertilize x 2
water x 1, fertilize x 3

However, I only found those 12 possible ways to plant and/or fertilize the plants.

So does it matter on which days you fertilize and water your plants then?

For example, if I water and fertilize my plant like this...
Day 1: water, fertilize
Day 2: water
Day 3: water
---> Item X

...do I get the same or different item, if I water and fertilize the plant in this way:
Day 1: water
Day 2: water, fertilize
Day 3: water
---> Item X / Y

OR is the item you get from watering and fertilizing your plants totally random?

That was answered in the first post, Rinda - the days you water plants don't matter, but the days you fertilize do. So if you water twice - on any of the three days - and feed your plant once on the first day, you'll get a different item than if you water twice and feed once on the second day. Does that make sense?
