Quick question. If one of the items is hair, can I make the primary color on that different than the others? I know you did this with the first set of anyo sets where the hair was 1 color and the headwings and the tail were anotother. It will still be related and it would look like a set, but since there is the rule about the colors I think it's better to ask first

No, you can't. The probe with the Anyo set was that the colors were all wrong and we had to rename the items once they were out of the TT, which causes problems with Dream Avatar/Wishlists/etc.
Sorry! All items must have the same color!

Yep, I knew it was better to ask first. Thanks for clearing that up. I'll think of a way to make it work :)

I suppose the question was overlooked.
I don't know if it's required because there's nothing in the rules, but it will definitely spare the time if you would think of a name.

No, no name is required.
If I wanted a name, I would state so in the contest's rules. If I wanted some items excluded, I would state so in the rules, if I wanted to make exceptions to the one-color-rule, I would state so in the rules, etc.
I have thought of the text I have written on the first page very carefully and made sure that all the information that you need is there. If something is not written there, then it is because it does not matter. I understand that people want to make extra sure and therefore feel like it is safer to just ask than to make a mistake, but it is not necessary. Just follow what is written on the first page, that's all you need to know/do, and you will be fine!

Okay, I know this is probably a really stupid question, and if someone can answer it for me, not necessarily Fern but just someone who maybe has done this contest before (cause I didn't do it last year), but, if I draw a hair/wig, but it's meant for a female avatar and not a male, is that going to matter? Cause I read how Fern said she'd prefer it if we drew like a bra and stuff like that on both bases, so I just thought I'd ask before I print out the bases, trace them, draw on them, and all of that and then find out I can't do it or something lol SO sorry! ><

Female and male heads are not different, unlike the body.
I mean, whether hair is girly or manly is not relevant, since both female and male avatars would be able to wear it exactly the same, having an identical shape.
