I've never heard of that trick before...I get dizzy a lot, even when I'm not sick so I might have to try it sometime!

It I lower it like a ball cap to shield my eyes and limit the light, and it holds my head still, I find it helps. Plus the warm helps. But I also have dramamine XD For the really bad days.

Mine usually goes when I eat something, which made me think I might be diabetic but my Dr said my sugar levels are fine but blood pressure is *slightly* high, though not high enough he wanted to give me anything. He just told me to stop smoking and drinking so much coffee. Which I really should. But hnng ;w;

My vertigo comes from a bad combination of allergy side effects and anemia.
