I find those are somewhat not needed but sometimes could be?

Realistically you'd get more sick from using it because you're not getting enough of the right bacteria and some wrong.. which wouldn't help build up the immune system when using it often.

right?

They are still good to have to avoid yucky situations.
Not that you should use them everytime you get off the bus or touch something at a public place but sometimes it's good when you feel like you have touched lots of things. Like during the winter when I use the subway everyone is coughing and sneezing and whatever and we all touch the same things so I try and clean my hand afterwards to avoid getting sick myself.

I'd just use it if I say ate an apple or ice cream or something like that

tbh more likely to get sick being inside all the time..


though still likely to get sick being out around others who are sick too

I have constant hayfever

so probably maybe best to get sick sometimes not that I get sick often...

well it's winter so I'm not surprised if I am sick

I get sick during the summer too haha but it's usually the winter when it gets worse. At least I grew out of my bronchitis already so it's not as annoying anymore.

Get lots of warm drinks, stay warm and get lots of rest!

I get sick in summer sometimes too
