I do the most stuff via DA App.
It does its purpose but thats all.

The app had to make place for the artstation and pixiv apps
And instagram. So I am only using dA in browser.

Also, deviantart feels kinda demotivating sometimes. Like running against a wall :/

Especially on some really, really old "Gargoyles"-fanart I drew like 5 years ago

I´m always excited about the entrys, even if I can't be a part of it. And I can fully agree on the reasons you mentioned before: Less time and resignation before trying, because you think the other artists are better than you
