I liked same game. It was my favorite of the Knuffel games.
It's funny how you guys are calling Firn mom. XD My old admin was called "Mommy" by the forumers too. They had all sorts variations of the word for her. XD

Longtime forum goers of this other forum I frequent call the head of the board 'the landlady' and her mod 'the sheriff'. It's a common joke over there that no one pays the rent in that multidimensional establishment, so that's one of the things over there I'm writing a short for.
We can't call our landlady 'mom' over there, because some of our avis are part of a big, ongoing fic series, and that would confuse things more than they already are...
That and most of us are around the same age there (or within a couple of years), so we're more like siblings instead.

Life is not fair!
I've been searching for a certain book for over 2 years now and finally found it on Yahoo auction Japan... And when I wanted to bid on it (Or better said, starkad wanted for me, because I can't read most of the stuff there) we had to find out that you need a paid account to make bids over 5000 yen! T_T And you need to live in Japan to create such an account.

Great, I just had to find out that KOfK went down last night...again. Even though I was assured it would not happen again.
I am going berserk here...this is one of these days when NOTHING goes right.
I would like to call the support service and yell at someone, but they only offer E-Mail and live-chat support service.
This is like the 4th E-Mail I am sending them and I bet the reply will be something like "We are sorry. It's fixed now and will not happen again"....just like they told me the other 3 times.

We had no problems with this provider for over one year. Really don't know why they are giving us such a hard time now.
Changing to a different one would cause a lot of trouble, possible URL changes etc....
Argh...I have 4 days left to find someone who has a Yahoo Acutions Japan account.
