I want snow. It's been a long time since I've had any that sticks for a while. Lame sauce.

I feel like a bucket list would just depress me at this point. I don't have any money for doing the stuff I want. Sadness.

Good luck with that assignment, Nan!

Akili, it's totally fine, we all need to vent from time to time. And in the end you are just concerned about that guy.

A bucket list.. Yea, neither time, nor money :qhehe:

@Akili i don't eat meat for religious and cultural reasons- i'm not supposed to eat any type of meat for cultural reasons and i'm not supposed to eat beef specifically for religious reasons. speaking of which
i've actually had meat on a couple of occasions :mcshock: when you talked about not being able to digest certain meats
i have ibs and it was really bad around last year because i couldn't eat any of the college mess/hostel food. i couldn't even take fruit juices (i had an idea liquids would be fine) and i was just eating plain rice a lot of the time. sometimes mashing a banana in the rice if it was being served that day
my friend made me eat chicken when they were serving it. it was cooked in gravy so i said no even though white meats are supposed to be safe by the soluble fiber diet (most of the time, there was nothing available that was safe by that diet, and i couldn't get anything from outside either because we're in the middle of nowhere)
she tore the meat from the inside, near the bones, and made me eat that while she ate the gravy-soaked outside meat. i had that and the rice. and at one point i had fish, idk which kind, and i liked that a lot better. i ate it during my period which is a digestively hypersensitive time and it suited me really well :mcshock:
so that's twice in my life i've eaten meat lmao why have i gone on and on about this

but about that photographer neighbour
i'm so happy for him he's getting married to a guy that'll make sure he takes care of himself aww :qh:

That's harder, to my mind. That's an ongoing, you have to live with it forever thing, instead of one single moment that's the exception instead of the rule.

Why have you gone on and on and on?
1. Posting event
2. Food points
3. It actually is cool to read about

I will look up what the soluble fiber diet is, it sounds like something that would help my grandfather. Ah, that's sad you couldn't get any outside food in, because trying to live on rice with the occasional banana does not sound very satisfying (or healthy over the long term).... did you have trouble from eating the chicken or was that okay with your digestion, too? It's good to have a friend looking out for you!

Yes, it makes me glad too. ^_^ I like weddings in general, when I don't have to help create them. They seem so hopeful! Lot of work, but hopeful.
