Super is like a retirement fund thing paid from your pay.... I guess that's the simple way to explain it but I'm sure there's more to it.


He works in a beef abattoir. He's in the fork lift side of the job, so the packing and sorting.. after the meat has been sealed and frozen or chilled.. like uh taking the orders for say Aldi and putting it to one side for the trucks.


Sometimes he does other things but that's most of his job

Ah. Ours is called a 401k. It does our retirement stuff.

I think for the most part he does. Besides the idiots who work there.


I think there's more to it than what I explained. I know he scans product too for inventory reasons.

That's good. It's important to like what you do. Or at the very least be able to tolerate it.

It's hard to know exactly what a job entails without actually doing it.

Well also hard when he doesn't talk about work all the time.

I feel like I know a ton more about my husband's work than he knows about mine.

Peter does talk about it but just generally after the night he just worked, so a few days later or a day later he'll talk about it but not the night he worked if that makes sense

My boyfriend and I work the same job but at different places, so it's pretty easy for us to talk about work stories, which is cool I guess.

I'm trying to get my husband to work with me because it pays a lot better. And it would be a lot more convenient if we worked at the same place. lol.
