I don't recall the exact wording of previous contests but since the point is having art for KofK it's likely that Firn added a rule saying that the art entered belongs to KofK - hence getting her permission would be enough.

Yeah, the art belongs to Firn and Starkad/Kofk Next time there's a contest I'll ask about making a gallery~
