I was about to ask if you've talked to the manager but it's an online thing... so they don't have a number to dial at all?

No, no number at all.
*sigh* I guess all we can do is wait patiently, but it looks like these site downtimes will keep on happening for some time.
I'll give them another week before I go berserk.

What will you do when you go berserk?
I realize it's midnight when it goes down for you, but it's 6pm when it goes down for me and honestly that's the time when I'll most likely want to get on...

I am sorry for all the trouble you're having, Firn. Our cable company tends to be irritating as well. Nothing works better than an angry phone call or talking to them in person. I understand things happen, but when they keep happening, it tends to get under my skin and I get not so happy.

Maybe they knew they would make people mad and didn't want to listen to screaming people so they said, "Nope, no customer service number!"

Most of our users are from the USA, so it's the time when most people here are online which makes it only more annoying for me.

Yes, and to save all the trouble they replaced the Chat Support people by bots who keep on saying "I am sorry" , "I don't know" etc... I almost had that impression...

Well, you could always try insulting them this way to see if it's a 'bot': Congratulations! You're the second human ever to fail the Turing Test.
The Turing Test being a standard that, if a chat bot ever passes, they're considered to be true Artificial Intelligence. So, imagine how insulting it would be for a human to fail the test.

Ah, this day is just no good for me.
Just when I thought it would get better... I mentioned this book I REALLY want so bad that I finally found on Yahoo auction and then we found out that we can't bid over 5000 Yen without a paid account... I found someone who'd do it for me (for a not so small fee, but I as I've said: I want that book really bad), but she wanted me to pay a part in advance. Unfortunately there wasn't enough money on my PayPal account and it has to get transferred from my bank account first...which, so they tell me, might take 3-5 days. The auction ends in 3 days, so she might not get the money in time. ;_;
