Kingdom of Knuffel

I was on some pretty heavy stuff but quit taking it some months ago. I just don't sleep the whole night thru I toss and turn for hours. Sometimes I'm just wide awake at 2 and 3 am.

I hate not being able to sleep. It's horrible.

Usually helps me to exercise in the afternoon but lately that hasn't been doing it for me. I've cut down on caffeine and everything. I think it's just stress.

I sleep better with a fan rolling
Makes for a soothing noise

I can't sleep when there are ny sort of lights or noise in the room unless I'm seriously exhausted.

I use a fan too... but mostly because my husband likes them.
I could do without but it doesn't really bother me either way.

Same! It really sucks cause it's always hot and humid here to begin with.

Work sucks the past two days guys. Ugh.

I love when my room is icy when I sleep and I cuddle in tons of blankets. Good times.
