Hm, well, but at least you don't get tempted to have a piece of cake every time you just wanted to grab a coffee, like I do ;) I have to actively resist the temptation, cause there's always some good cake to be had. Different ones, but unless you come just before closing time they'll always have something tasty.

I will survive :D
Totally feel you there! Whenever I get coffee I get something sweet with it. We have great chocolate muffins, donots, cinnamon buns etc. there.. :D

Okay then, you're not even safe from the temptation :D
Our cafeteria sometimes has these really nice mini muffins, they're filled with a tasty cream and about the size of an espresso cup, so they go perfectly with my espresso after lunch and often save me from eating some much larger dessert :)

Yeah, I do like it :) It's actually more of a ritual though, I think, it just feels like it belongs after a nice meal somehow.
But I grew up to love coffee in all its forms, my mother is the same as me, so that's probably how I got used to it.
I mean, I was allowed to drink "Kinderkaffee", which is just a cup of warm milk with a few drops of coffee and some sugar, from a pretty young age and then just gradually increased the coffee amount :D

As soon as I'm done with a few things, I'm going to get me some banana foster ice cream. I can't remember who's brand, but it's still yummy.
