Usually I am fine, no problems :)
But when I wake up sometime in the morning it is almost impossible to fall asleep again, even if I am still tired.

I am, and I also have trouble falling asleep, so I started taking melatonin gummies. They're my life savior... I know I can't be too dependent, but it takes hours for me to fall asleep :ccc

Actually I am not really a light sleeper. I just don't need much sleep I guess.

It can take me hours to fall asleep too.

No, I can't take sleeping pills due to my daughter every so often will wake up and need me for something.

Yeah. So I sleep when I can. Poor baby has a summer cold and she keeps waking up coughing. But she's determined to be at school because today is the day of the school luncheon where parents and such can come to the school and join them.
