For me coffee taste overrules the chocolate taste. Is that weird? Idk, whatever I add to coffee, I can't taste it XD
I had a sip of matcha coffee at Starbucks, from my bff (she's a sucker for coffee, lol) and that was good.

Yeah if there's any coffee that overrides everything else

matcha coffee sounds like an ...interesting combination. Not sure it makes that much sense, since both of them are already bitter? I'd rather combine either with something sweet!
I recently tried matcha for the first time, since I got some little trial packs of different kinds as a gift. Only tried 2 out of 4 of them so far, but the taste is quite strong and I think I'd need some getting used to it. One of them I added some milk and sweetener to after drinking about half of it and that made it taste quite nice, actually.

@Chriz: I think it was with soy milk and some sugar, so it wasn't bitter at all :) Although I could definitely taste more matcha than coffee. Which was a pleasant surprise to me because, you know, I'm not a coffee person ;P

I had Chocolate Macchiato once and I didn't like it that much. I expected it to have a more chocolate-y flavour which it didn't have so I was disappointed.

I always wanted to try matcha coffee. I only had matcha chai latte, that was fabulous!

Is matcha the one that you put all the leaves in a cup with a crazy amount of syrup and then drink through metal straws with a strainer on the end?

I think my sister tried to get me that chocolate machomacho thing once
I didn't try it cuz gdi I wanted hot chocolate not this coffee masquerading as hot cocoa
Fortunately cuz of other shenanigans I was able to leave the cup in her minivan and I don't think she noticed

@Akili: I have no idea if that was it, I honestly can't remember I just remember it was green and pretty tasty XD I don't recall a metal straw.
