Yeah i’ve never heard that latin expression before lol. XD;; but good to know! XD learned something new hahaha.

Yeah neither do i, i don’t have much patience explaining to my parents about technology…xD;; my mom is always willing to learn how to do stuff but my dad not so much. XD;;

I think I can manage helping my mom with her phone, since it's just pressing buttons in some order. What kills my patience is the computer :OOO I... cannot stand watching someone type slowly

One finger typing you mean?

Doesn't matter if it's one finger or not, just slow typing in general wears my patience thin /D;;;;

More than once now I have offered to type up students' works for them during tutoring because I can't stand to waste like ten minutes watching them tap tap tap slowly DDD:

Omygosh, my dad is one of those slow typers. The few times i’ve seen him typing, its like….slow motion. I’m like “gosh, even on a phone/mobile, i can type faster than that…8U”

I don’t have much patience for stuff these days either…8U just want to get things over with.

I remember when I was in middle school (?), we used to have this one class where they just put us in front of computers and had us practice typing on a program all class. It was really helpful!
I don't think schools do this anymore though D:

There never were typing lessons here. Ever.
Back in the day people who wanted to be secretaries took that kind of lessons, but it was out of school.
Nowadays I have no idea which kind of lessons secretaries take tbh.

I remember having a typing program when i was first learning how to type. And i think we had computer classes at one point in the early years of schooling. I think there was typing lessons as well. 8U

Considering how much typing is a part of our everyday lives now, I do think targeted practice can be beneficial?
Then again, schoolwork and essays do eventually force your typing speed to improve over time naturally...
