Okay you know that scene in one of the Vorkosigan saga books when Ekaterin and Miles fall over the edge of a display rail and end up covered in mud in a pond in a public thoroughfare, clothing ruined, and she says something like "Oh, bother" and he says "Have you ever considered that you may be over-socialized?"

I'm not at risk of punching out the screen; shaking my fist at it seems very daring and violent already.
