I am always sad to see an item go but at the same time I can't wait for a new item next month.

Really? I have the opposite impression.

I suspect it's because I have the same routine every single day when before I was at least going out somewhere on the week-ends.
Or maybe it's because now the husband is with me every single day all the time. Or both.

I have a bit of both. The days themselves don't seem to go by very fast because there isn't much difference between them. But because it's all the same it feels like it could still be the end of April, or the beginning of May, when in fact it's already almost the end of May

Now I think about it, the weather might be one of the cause as well.
I don't know where everyone is but where I am it felt like August last week and now it feels like we're back in March (or already all the way to October).

It's all pretty strange.

It's been pretty steadily getting warmer here! Thankfully I live fairly close to the sea, so the wind is still pretty cool
