I guess so. I used to count every doodle + idea pairing as an OC, but I don't anymore, so the count is much less than before. Now I think I have about 40-50, but only about 10 I'm really working on.

I make variations of my existing OCs. Like...change a name, or change the background, etc, and it becomes a char I use for RPing. I wonder if that's what some people do too, I just learned that from some of my friends. Otherwise, I used to make whole new characters.
