Umm, is there a rule to how much we can feed our knuffels?
I mean i don't want to get band for feeding her to much and getting food points ^^;

There's no limit to how much we can feed our Knuffels. If there was, I'd think that Firn would have stated it.

As long as you don't use an auto-refresher you can feed your Knuffel as often as you like.
