I do but I don't use it. But it is recommended if you have eczema to not have super hot showers.


Going from super hot to really quite cold could possibly make you sick. But I think you're more likely to get sick from being inside all the time than you would from a temp change unless it's a rapid temp change in which case you could go into shock (like if you wanted to cool down in a ice bath, best to put some warm water with that...)

Not using it, is that for a reason or you simply forget??

Actually a rapid change in temp is only bad if you already have pre-existing health issues like a weak heart.
The whole 'sit in a sauna, jump in an ice bath' is done in a lot of places and is considered one of the reasons the people in Scandinavian countries have a stronger health.

But yeah. Sitting inside most of the time is the absolute worse for ones health. :}

Ohhh...well I remember getting sick from temperature changes when I was in Hong Kong several years back. Going from the hot weather outside to air con to colder winds outside as well....

I love taking hot showers, but I rinse my face with cold water to close pores

I forget/lazy lol

My immune system is on the 'thinks it's sick' all the time kind of fritz.

I'm watching it too!!! It's super cute; and to be very honest lol I'm not learning a lot. It's just so cute I don't really focus on the words >u>;;

I haven’t watched it although I have heard of it. I’m mainly focused on a few Chinese animations right now lol. Unfortunately, my mandarin is pretty much non-existent so I have to muddle through some of these series because they haven’t been translated. Currently watching: Founder of Diabolism/Grandmaster of Demonic Cultivation (Mo Dao Zu Shi, it’s actuslly based on a light novel and it’s BL), The Beauty Blogger and Whited Nighttime. Might check out a few more Chinese ones but we’ll see lol.

I'm sorta just entertained by the cells and the stories. xD

I don't think I've ever seen a Chinese animation :o But I have read a few web comics
