Oh i see. We used to have a stainless steel one but it was getting too scratch up from all the scraping of the spoon. Besides, i think a good soak is enough to scrub off rice gently from a rice cooker…8U and if you don’t want the metal to warp, couldn’t you just put in hot water. Since the container is hot, if the water is also hot, it wouldn’t warp the metal? 8U

But yeah, our rice cooker now has a clay pot, not stainless or nonstick or whatever. XD and really, once you soak it, its fine. What we do is we soak it for the entire night, we never wash our rice cooker til the next day. Give the water some time to soak the rice so that it comes off better.

I’ve reheated rice a lot…8U but I mainly just throw any leftover rice into the next day’s rice to resteam/reheat it lol. I only really do this if the rice is just plain white rice.

I’ve never put sugar or butter in my rice….8U

my bell peppers and beef stir fry and rice
the sausage and rice

rice, onion and egg mix... that i can't have any more because eggs are evil...

Yeah and alot of those ingredients have their own moisture. Added on top of your rice, and it’ll be too wet and next day, it will be clumpy lol. Unless you cooked it with a bit of oil to keep it from sticking. XD

Yeah maybe later. XD I’ve been busy this morning, there was several people coming in for interviews and i had to field them all somehow when there were NO SUPERVISORS to do interviews. XD MY supervisor had to leave to pick up something and the CEO and COO (who were supposed to do the interviews) didn’t even show up til much later. XD;; one of the guys left bc they said they had something else to do…8U according to him, he had been scheduled at around the same time as another lady…8U nothing i could do about it, since i had to go down to the store to pick up the bakery delivery lol. XD

Also, I’ve become the resident tea brewer in the office lol. Now, when i brew my afternoon/lunch tea, i make more for 1 sometimes 2 other people. XD guess my brewing skills are good lol.

I made my bell peppers and beef stir fry... the beef was something i picked up at sams club.. its some sort of premade stuff ... it tastes alright.. but i think I'll stick with my grocery stores fresh cut beef strips o3o
