Is she in pain? Like how can she do that to herself and continue to do it and not be in some distress? Like she must know it’s going to hurt but she did it anyway? I don’t really quite understand..>n<

Hotarla: I think she's in pain at times, but because cat's are pretty stoic, it's hard to tell. I do know that it's still itchy because she keeps trying to lick at it...

The itchy might be so bad at first that she doesn't realize she's hurting herself.. kinda like how people pull out their hair for whatever reason.. they don't feel the pain, just the reason they're pulling.


Moi: I find it funny how people snark at mixed races, when they're probably mixed themselves from generations ago.

The hate for "mixed" is based in racism and white supremacy. so it's basically based on bullshit and ego.

I'm a mix of British Isles, French, Belgian, German, and Scandinavian (though not Finnish), with a good chunk being mixed Northwestern European. Or as I call myself: The whitest white bread to ever white bread.

I have.. german, irish... probably brittish... and allegedly 2 tribes of native american.

Tbh I've always found amusing that people in the US are racist.
I mean, the whole country has been built by people from other coutries, and it all has been mixed up for generations.
So who is to say others are "mixed"?


I live in a region which has been traditionally poor, so we are mostly emigrants.
There are hardly inmigrants, and when you get one they are kinda exotic I guess.
So there is a pinch of racism (they are defintely seen as alien) but at least not the abusive or violent one.

The racism makes me hate being an American.. =3=

You tell these people "The USA was built by immigrants." then they go on and on about how THEY were born here and the 'others' weren't.. then I go "Most of the 'others' were also born here... so if you want to go THAT far, you can go back to Europe where YOU originated from and give these lands back to the Natives your 'kind' stole it from."

Even that doesn't work... =/ My brain doesn't absorb the gibberish that comes from them after that.
