I want to get them past 50 or higher before schools starts for my kids and I have a bunch of activities to take them to again...
What I do is open two new windows with Wardrobe. From there, I open all of my Knuffels in each window. One window I click a feed link, the other window I click the play link.
When I have absolutely nothing to do, I'll set a timer on my watch for 15 seconds, then choose the option "reload all tabs" in Firefox (I know that using auto-refreshers is against the rules, but since I'm manually refreshing them I don't think it counts), and then I'll set my watch again. But when I'm busy, any time it pops into my head I'll just open the two windows and refresh the tabs. My highest level Knuffel is 28 and I haven't been here that long, in my opinion. ^^
I'm not sure how everyone else does it, but that's how I do it. Hope that helps a little!

For me (with my feeding)
I use another window and have all my tabs open there.
I click through them all. <3 and feed them.
though, sometimes I use my profile page, sense now
they are all there. x n x

While I'm not nearly as fast as some of the others here I manage by making a webpage. I think what slows me down is that I'm not on here as much to do really fast leveling. XD
I have small links to all the knuffels (one for playing one for feeding.) and then I use an Iframe. It lets me instantly play or feed any given knuffel as well as check on any knuffel without having to kill my computer with a ton of tabs. ( I did try tabs and it wasn't a pretty thing for my computer)
Its also helpful because I keep tabs on all my stats battle stats so I know what stats I'm low on. (altho I need to update it for the two knuffels that reached lvl 20 yesterday <.<)
Heres the webpage if someone wants to edit it or rearrange it to make their own.

Just fyi, it doesn't load right in IE, it's designed for firefox. If need be I can make an IE version. It's also designed for my screen which has a high resolution, I can tell you how to adjust it if you do want to work with your own.
I also used nepenthe's banner icons because well... they look awesome.

Amura uses a comparable system like yours, tavis. ^^
I myself use the favorites list of my IE:
I have two saved favorites for every Knuffel - 1 for feeding and for playing. Well, and then I just click on every page on that list from the 1st to the last. I takes less than a minute for all my 58 Knuffel.

I use Doki-sama's method. C: although after one round I use F5 (refresh) to make it quicker.

I tend to feed a set sum of my knuffels. when ever I do digs though I sometimes have tabs open for all my knuffels. Gets a bit crazy at that point. x n x good thing my computer is decent.

I been opening a tab for each one and clicking twice then moving to the next tab and so on but I had no idea you could save each knuffel for feeding and for playing separately.
So that way if I save it for feed when I click it/the link, then it will just feed the knuffel - Correct.
Why I didn't ask this 6 months ago/ * Headdesk*
But if I try that I really should save all that information in folders for later use.
then an open all tabs would work great.
I think I will adopt something like Lilandra shows..
