Me too! I know cold showers are better for my dry skin but I really can't take it ;-; I try for 30 seconds but I always give into more hot water.

Same, all the heat goes to my face and I come out looking like a lobster. Lots of naked people in onsen :3 Outdoor onsens at night are by far the best. It's quiet and it's so beautiful.

But there's nothing more luxurious than a bath hot enough to melt away your knots and a frozen towel on your head. = .= So relaxing...
The onsen sounds amazing. Especially at night. Ooh, I can't wait to visit Japan!!!!
A few years back I would have been much too self-conscious to be naked in public. But now I'm practically a nudist, so... ^^;
Not that I go out in public without clothes, since I've never been anywhere that would allow that. (Plus, even in places where it's accepted, if it's not commonplace you get a lot of creepy leers and unwanted attention. x.x No thank you!) But the second I get home the clothes come off! X'D
The last three months C and I have been holing (aka we stay inside working on our programs non-stop and really only leave the apartment to get groceries), so I think I've worn clothes for a total of a week in the last three months. ^^;
It's going to be so weird living with C's mum while we help her with her cancer treatment, since it's hot in Virginia and the coolest outfit I own is short shorts and tank tops. = .= I'm going to melt. I wish I had a sports bra... Or that my bikini tops still fit me... The nice thing about working out is that I'm gaining muscles. The bad thing is that, as my pecks grow, so do my boobs. Which, I'm not too sad about, 'cause boobs are awesome! :D But I JUST bought new bras six months ago, (where I had bought bras six months prior to that 'cause I grew a cup size) and now I've grown ANOTHER cup size. ; A; I don't have $100 to drop on new bras, so I just accept that they hurt and wear a bra as little as possible. Bra shopping is the worst!

I feel that pain. All throughout high school I was a 34B. When I went through puberty I went from nothing to a 34B almost instantly, and it never went up from there, so I figured that was just my size forever. Not super big, but they were average and I was content. Then I battled a bad bought of anorexia and BAM! 32AA. ; A; If my boobs were any smaller they would've been concave. Not gonna lie, they were basically non-existent, and I was FURIOUS. It's been a few years since then, and a long battle, but I'm on my journey with anorexia now. I've gone from a 32AA to a 36C. The secret? Eat a shit ton of food, be active, and work out. Seriously. Don't limit your food intake - when you lose weight, the FIRST thing you loose is your breasts. And that SUCKS. I want abs, but I also want rocking boobs and a great ass, ya'feel? What you want to do is not eat LESS, but eat BETTER. Slowly reduce the fattening, greasy, processed snacks you eat to only once or twice a day. Don't be anal about it, and definitely don't count calories. Listen to you body - learn to distinguish between cravings and boredom. Your body will tell you what it needs. For example, if I'm craving dark chocolate, it means I'm low on magnesium. How do I know? Milk chocolate won't satiate the craving. I often have CRAZY salt cravings - like drinking soy sauce level cravings. If I'm craving salt, I forgo the chips and go right to the source - make a super salty tomato salad, binge on olives or pickles, make a salad swimming in balsamic vinegar. It'll take some time to learn the signs and what your body is really asking you, but it is SO worth it. You end up so much healthier, and in the process, shedding some of that extra pudge. Home cook your meals as often as you can - pre-made meals are typically pretty bad for you, as is a lot of processed snacks. You can get a lot more full on a heaping plate of stir fry and rice, or chicken piccata over pasta, or steak and mashed potatoes, than a big bag of chips, and honestly it will be a lot more satisfying and a lot more healthy. If you aren't a big cook, I can easily recommend some easy recipes to start that are simple, cheap, quick, and make great leftovers. Be more active, so that you can increase your food intake without packing on the pounds. Try to go for a walk once a day, even if it's just around the block. Spend free time at the park, or hiking, or at the beach, or someone that gets you off your butt and moving. Opt for the stairs if you can - even if it's not all of the time. And start making working out a part of your life. It doesn't need to take up much time - 15 to 30 minutes a day is enough. Push ups are your friend. As your pecs get more muscular, your breasts will grow and become more defined. If you can't do full push ups (as I couldn't when I first started), start with wall push ups, then slowly increase until you can do, like, 3 sets of 30, then progress to incline push ups. Then knee pushups, then full pushups. And from there, you can get creative with it - decline push ups, ball push ups, crow, handstand pushups...there are a million varieties! And, to be honest, working out has been great for me. I feel better, I look better, I'm more in-tune with my body and its needs, I'm stronger than ever and can do things I've never dreamed I can do, and plus, muscles are hot. :mcwink:
But yeah, eat a shit ton, be active, eat home made meals, do push ups, and your boobs will grow. ^^
Just don't expect results over night, and don't get discouraged when you don't see results in the first few months. They'll come, just be patient. If you need an overnight fix, grab a push up bra and stuff it with a sock. X'D There is no such thing as instant gains.

Your bf seems like a dream! I hate bra shopping 'cause every style fits very differently, so I have to try on two or three sizes of EVERY bra I try on. Plus,
they're expensive. x.x

Oh no!!!! That's awful, jacob! Any way to thread 'em back in and sew 'em shut?

Program? o: Are you both CSE? Bras aren't comfortable anyway and if you're working out they're probably firm so you could get away with surviving on pasties/nipple tape xD

Don't worry, I'm flat chested as fek. I'm in a size you can't even find =_=; Ideally I wear a 65B/8B/30B BUT they don't friggen sell these sizes anymore in Aus for some damn reason so I try to buy my bras from asian stores overseas.

I want glutes man. I am totally an ass woman and my boyfriend is an ass man who loves my small titties. I do this thing where I walk everywhere as fast as I can and if my calves aren't cramping then I'm not going fast enough :3 That's my form of exercise and I think I also scare people on the streets. Muscles are pretty hot ayye. I love watching my arms get more defined, my biceps bigger from climbing. They look good >w> I might need to get more protein, maybe in the form of whey powder. I sometimes munch on a protein bar after a good 2hrs of climbing.

Yeh, only demi cups fit me and I have the problem where my boobs are so small that I gape in t-shirt bras and my nipple falls out in demis >_<

@Fire I've tried it before, they always just pop right out again and stick into my skin XD I mean I do buy cheap bras in the first place. Mostly because I find they last about the same length of time no matter how much I spend. I have a super pricey Victoria's Secret one which is basically trash now and I can't bring myself to throw it away because it cost soooo much.

I'm a D to a DD cup depending on the bra style ;__; I was a C when I was about 13 and it just went up from there. I pretty much miss it because my back hurts all the damn time and I just want to take my bra off some days but I can't because they're so big. Also whenever I put on weight it like... goes in one side first before the other. Which is a massive pain for getting bras that fit right. And just when I find them, I'll put on or lose a few more pounds >:|

Also why I want to go down a size or two: drowning in boobs when I lay at certain angles >:|

Dude you don't even know how hard I squat 8U I might need to buy some weights.

I once bought a bra for .. wait for it .. $120 from Honey Birdette. I want their harnesses but I always feel self conscious about expressing myself. I love that look and I have for years (I've been creeping on creepyyeha for some long) but I know people around here cat call and judge.

I was literally still flat as a boy when I was 13 (no exaggeration). I think my boobs started coming in at 15/16? I got my period at 16/17 so fairly late and then they grew the smallest amount when I became sexually active but that's about it. Give me some of that boob srsly.

I guess I was also flat as board because I was an athlete xD I did cross country, 100m relay, 400m sprint and long jump at regional level.
