I like rose milk tea with tapioca pearls! I don't get to try it very often at all though so I've not tasted a lot of flavors or anything.

I have never had bubble tea. :o
I am a huge tea lover, though. I am sure I would love it. Sadly they only seem to do them in big towns and I didn't travel out of my small town much. But I have recently moved so fingers crossed this changes soon! <3

Chai tea...

I don't think I've ever tried it either... I've seen it around though, although that was a while ago. Not sure if it's still a thing here.

I think I only see bubble tea in bigger city malls, tbh. And no, I've never tried one, I've heard they are very sweet.

I remember when they were all new and hip there was some discussion about traces of unhealthy stuff being found in the pearls. That kind of put me off trying them at the time and now I haven't heard of the stuff in ages.

It's definitely not as popular for sure. I think one shopping mall has a station of bubble tea. But I'm like, meh XD

Chai tea...

They definitely don't have it locally, but both of my sisters live in big cities so when I visit them, every once in a while we'll go out and try something interesting that's only available in the city, which is how I tried it.

Then I went home and just made some because it's not that hard to cook up some tapioca pearls and add them to milk tea. And then I forgot they existed until you just reminded all of us.

I don't like the pearls..

Oooh, homemade bubble tea sounds like a good plan. I am terrible in the kitchen though, partly because my memory is shocking. I wonder if I can convince someone to assist me...
Then again, it's so cold today that all I want to drink right now is hot tea or coffee, with a blanket and a book.
