Yup things are getting hectic, especially because aside from being a regular supermarket we also offer holiday catering services so we have to deal with those kind of orders/customers as well. Also so many seasonal and holiday-specific products comnig in that we don't really have room for on top of people being more rude than usual c':

And I still can't access Lacemarket, and it seems like an issue only I'm having so that irks me :/
