I can't make lentil soup in the slow-cooker, though, because right now it's full of apples for applebutter.
Aargh! But lentil soup sounds so good...
I've never been able to do papad, though. I get a tough gluey mass and it's not thin enough to pour properly.

There aren't any stores here that carry it, sadly. There's a restaurant that serves it, but restaurants are usually too expensive for me to do much more than once or twice a year.
Do you get papad pre-made, or at restaurants, or do you make it, Mynah?
