I don't really cook/bake so my options are limited xD But i guess I can try something new for once! :D

Hm, something much easier, then, you can use up the extra sour cream by taking avocado and mixing it in with the sour cream, a pinch of garlic powder, a squeeze of lime, and a sprinkling of chili pepper or cayenne, and you have a quite good guacamole version.

Oh that sounds really good... I've always placed the avocados and sour cream separately, but mixing sounds easy loool Thanks!

Wow, I haven't had a simple baked potato in ages. Now I know what we're having for supper tomorrow!
