well I hope it'll be revived but rn it's just bluescreening and giving different errors every time. I've got a professional to slave over it but he doesn't want to just re-install windows and I'm just letting him do what he thinks is right. but at least all the hardware is fine. as for what happened, the prime suspect is space: something needed to update and there was not enough space to complete the update so it crashed everything

it wasn't 99% filled but we don't know how large was the thing that wanted to update. we don't even know what it was. my professional slave is going over them deleting the items that tried to update or were installed the latest, because he thinks that's better than reinstalling Windows and all the stuff again. but imo he's already deleted all the things that would need to be installed again so I have no idea where he's moving next. but I'm kind of *shrug* trust your slave
