If they're making tiny Things I'll be happy. But they may be harrassing my other pets. D:

I am going to flip a lid.

I just got home, I went out. I was doing my business, shopping, decided I should head home and started walking to the bus station. Little me thinks 'hm maybe I should take the subway so I don't miss my bus' so I walk down the subway station, a woman was talking to this guy near the validation slots and I thought I heard something so I turned to face her but she was still talking to the guy and had her back turned, so I thought I misheard and validated my ticket.

This impolite crude piece of shit woman started flailing her arm up and down to my fucking face like I'm a dense motherfucker and says "hellooooooooo??? there's no subway!!" and turns her fucking back to me again, no explanation added, and keeps casually talking to the guy.

oh I'm sorry. I'm dense am I. I'm bothering you, I see. oh. okay. condescending asswipe.

That's fine, I was just rambling away my incredible rage at incompetent employees.

What happened?

Exactly! So the nice little mousey is now in a distant field living its nice little mousey life and we agreed that I would be better off not working there. I'd rather stick to my beliefs, thanks.
Dad's not happy that I don't have a job anymore, but he's not exactly surprised.

*huggles Semi* Good!
I'm actually wondering if it might happen again with one of my coworkers, since we have very similar emotional stances... She wasn't there, but if there's more mice I see her saving them too.

My friend says it's illegal that they fire you for not killing, drowning or otherwise torturing a mouse if killing animals is not part of your job. And that "If the animal was suspected of having rabies the most she is required to do is contain it in an area and call the Animal Control place"
So they shouldn't have fired you. >.> And they shouldn't be able to fire your coworker for that either.

My official job was "greenhouse worker" so who knows what's contained in it?? Whatever she wants, I guess. But eh, whatever. I don't want to be in a place that does that.
