i need to finally do some story quests since i need the gems. need to either get raiden or just push the banner enough for venti.
already began preparing for him

i was at 70-80
on the banner but then i got c1 jean LOL.
so now i am hoping i can get early raiden.
but if not i'm still guaranteed for venti but it upsets me to not get raiden
as i have everything she needs LOL

im probably gonna push my raiden banner as far as i can and still try to get her as best as i can and hope i can get an early raiden. last time raiden had her banner keqing ruined my pity.
tho i am pretty lucky with characters. as after keqing ruined my pity i wished on the Eula banner and got her on the first roll. so maybe i will get raiden way before the pity i hope lol.

and then i will go for venti since i always need more anemo characters.
i got him a very good feather and goblet already tho. so he is gonna be quite
powerful already.

They honestly are not weak but most bow users are not DPS.
Only DPS bow user would probably be Ganyu. she is actually the most powerful DPS in the game.

but having a good ratio for crit dmg is honestly why they may be weak.
i think at the very least for crit dmg should be between 160-180.
and crit rate depends. i prefer to have mine above 60 because that's normally
the sweet spot where you can get 22k+

Like my yanfei has 165 crit dmg and crit rate is 62
and she hits between 22-29k dmg...so she is by far my best.
so it really depends how good your artifacts are, talents, etc.

Venti i want mostly because he can gather a ton of enemies together
and you can attack with someone else like yanfei or Yae Miko even.

if they aren't leveled to 80 or talents leveled, or the weapon, etc
that's probably why. as well as artifacts play into it.
having crit dmg and crit rate per artifact helps a ton.
so your stuff just may be very under leveled.

i'm probably giving up on raiden and gonna save for venti.
but luckily so many events are coming.

having that low of an attack probably means your weapon is not leveled completely or near completion as even with base attacks it's 400+
