Hmmm. What about dancing?
You could put some music on and everyone can wiggle to their best ability. With you keeping an eye out to make sure no one falls.

ha ha ha, I can just picture it. I have to propose that to them, just to see their faces. And who knows? Maybe one of them will be enthusiastic enough they convince the rest.

I feel like it would be a lot of fun!
Even ones who can't walk well can wiggle in their chairs.

dancing is a good idea! doesn't need any expertise, it's safe, and fun exercise awww

I don't really dance much. lol.
I follow my own advice and wiggle to the music.

i don't have health insurance for specialty doctors like a chiropractor since my job doesn't offer any benefits and the like. i didn't end up going to the doctor yesterday because the pain started to recede...xD;; soooooo yeah i'm a bit better with a few occasional twinges...

but without insurance, it would be hella expensive. if anything, if it gets bad again, i'll visit a doctor, which is included in basic healthcare. anything that requires a specialist, i'll have to reconsider...
