My crock pot is pretty small. I'd like to get a bigger one. That way I could make enough whatever for a few days. Instead of just enough for one meal.
I love turkey. I love the dark meat the best. It's my favorite.

OH. My aunt made the Thanksgiving turkey in the crock pot.
She put some kind of onion seasoning stuff in it too.
I hate onions, but the turkey was delicious.
I still choked on it, though 8u
My dad has an ex girlfriend and they both owned a deli.
I went to visit my dad and worked with them sometimes.
I learned numerous helpful things.
But it occurred to me that I think my dad and I were the only ones injured there.
And I wasn't even there long o_O
He cut off part of his finger on a meat slicer.
I almost cut my pinky on the same meat slicer.
He burned his forehead on the grill.
I laughed at him and immediately hit my head on the rack of pans.
I burned my arm on the espresso machine when I backed up against it.
My dad and I are completely accident-prone.
No one else is like us.
He's been injured on the job numerous times at different places.
It really makes me question what type of job I should have.
o___O

I wish that we had of had turkey last weekend for Easter but my mother doesn't do things like that anymore. Which is disappointing to say the least.
I would like some turkey right now. A sandwich would be delightful.

Aww D:
We don't do anything for Easter either anymore.
My grandpa always loved painting eggs and hiding them for me.
He's dead now and my sister's too old to hunt eggs, so we don't do anything xD
I'd really like some more tacos or tamales or something >8u

When I was little, really little, in grandma's back yard we had Easter egg hunts
Got a bit older and the majority of the kids (so everyone but me) got too old/busy/whatever so they stopped them
Course, hunting for our baskets at home still happened for several years
Then several more years of Easter was just time off from school
And now the grandkids are starting to come of age, so mom's been putting together baskets again, but no hunting for them and my sister is being super naggy about no candy for her kids they're too young (two and newborn. Newborn is understandable. Two year old, you eat it for him)
Though there's nowhere near as much candy as there used to be anyway. Used to be you needed to pick out the "grass", as the colorful plastic strings were called, a bit at a time to find another jellybean, another piece of candy, etc
Now it's all in small bags and there's five of those bags and none are buried
-sigh-
Speaking of my sister being naggy, I'm pretty sure she's gonna nag about my not going to her "hey meet the newborn" event
Well...
1. Already met the kid
2. Prior engagement: toracon
3. I had my ticket for the con since November
4. I've got a couple con newbies coming too, so
5. I'm best equipped to show them around and such
6. I'll have much more fun at the con (going in cosplay) than I will at the gathering

Mom is, at best, non-practicing religious
Dad's not religious at all. He will tell you the bible belongs in science fiction
Me? I've tried Christianity
Couldn't get into it
So if there is a reliion I'd follow, it's not that one

I was raised Baptist but I got out of it. If I was gonna be anything it'd prolly be some sort of pagan. Pagans have more fun.
