I'm much the same offline and online. I remember joining a forum in the past where I talked way too much. Maybe I leart from that. But I was an annoying teenager then.
I joined here because Vindrae invited me and stayed in her thread for about a year before looking anywhere else XD

I will at times talk about the most random things when talking in real life. ^^; Like how when me and my brother were kids we chased each other around a tree stump and my brother thought he was going to be smart and run the other way to catch me. I happen to look behind me at that moment and when I turned back around we ran smack into one another. ^^; Usually a fun conversation starter. XD

That reminds me of my friend Xena-chan :mcgrin: she starts up conversations like that. But then interesting stuff actually happens to her so even if it's random it's fun, like she'll tell us about the time she was lying on her bed eating grapes and she threw a grape up and it hit a lizard which fell on her face; or the time she saved up for a Pendulum concert to find out when she got there that she couldn't see over the crowd, and when she went pushing and excuse-me-ing in she hit this huge, tall guy, and he turned around and said 'Oh, there you are! Come, sit on my shoulder,' and she actually watched the whole concert sitting on the shoulders of a stranger who was probably drunk (though she said he'd had a perfectly intelligent conversation with her about the presentation technology used during the concert.)
Nothing like that happens to me though, I've been waiting all my life for stuff to happen to me, so I don't know if I can adopt that method. Unless I can make up lies and not feel guilty about it :mclol:

Well, there must have been something interesting that's happened in your life that you can talk about. When in the cleaning aisle or near batteries I tell customers to be careful not to mix them because you can make a deadly chemical that can a hornets nest like the one time my brother mixed battery acid with cleaning chemicals. x'D Let's just say my grandmother was less than pleased when that happened. XD

Wow :mcomg: was he curious or copying the chemists on TV?
My life is mostly just school where I study and home where I study interspersed with music and stories :mcsweat: Well I do notice that people who talk a lot don't often say interesting things, mostly stuff that's just as well not said at all, but people are used to them. Whereas the rare times I open my mouth people are too surprised to pay me any heed, so I suppose I should make them used to me talking and make myself used to hearing dumb chatter from my mouth :qmeh:

You don't need to talk for the sake of talking. Maybe you need to find people who talk about things that interest you and have conversations that materially add to your life, whether in happiness or knowledge.

@Myth
Er....No. My brother was just super smart and super crazy at the some time. ^^; This was the person who at 7-8 years old made a radio out of a high school lab circuit kit, which I'm not even sure was supposed to be possible. He also took apart his own radio and put it back together without instructions, and used the components for a spud watch to amplify the circuit board things and be able to electrocute people. ^^;
