Boy I've been tired lately, no energy or desire to post at all.
Amura wrote:Actually it was his fault that I returned at all. Now he's fond of Pokemons, and all the evolution talk reminded me of my poor Knuffels :mclaugh:

I like being back, I am thrilled that this website managed to thrive - knowing that it must be a real effort in many senses for Firn and starkad.
But on the other hand is kinda sad to see that the forum itself is so low. It never was very fast, I think, but now it's pretty dead. I guess people prefer dressing up and playing with pets more than posting, but still...

Oh, yes, I'm sure I'll want everything :qg:
I've already set up a buying thread, but I'm focusing on one type of item at a time. Trying to not go nuts with the amount of things I've missed.
So far I've listed digging items, TT sets, and I'm currently adding Wild Knuffel items. Event items will go afterwards.
Either way, that's adorable! Such a funny link to make, though it makes sense in an odd tangential way, lmao. And yeah, posting is pretty dead, or at least the places I look. I'm mostly a lurker though, so maybe there are places with more activity?

Ah, digging items. I hate digging, so I don't even bother anymore. I've missed quite a few sets for that reason! :D

Well, whenever you get around to summer items, don't hesitate to ask, I should have plenty of extras! (Only for event items though, lmao)

Amura wrote:Thankfully I got quite a few random donuts before the caravan arrived. It was a nice start.
But in 5 days one can only do so much. And the forum is not hyper active anyway.

I should start talking to myself LOL
Amura: Hey, how are you?
Amura: Oh, very well, and you?
Amura: I'm fine indeed!
:mcargh:
///Giggles
I've thought of doing that before, sometimes the forums are so dead that it's horribly tempting!

Rubie wrote:I'm still bitter I was never able to get a little "pandemic vacation" because my job can't be done remote and the business is a necessity apparently. But I guess I should be glad I still had a job when so many people couldn't work even remotely at their jobs.
LOL I've thought literally the same thing multiple times. Like, those people that complained about having too much free time on their hands and I'm here working endless (unpaid and uncompensated) overtime and being like "Wanna gimme a bit of that?" OwO

I did work remotely though, which I'm glad for, but hell if I wouldn't have taken at least a month's vacation, yeesh.

Students had it really hard. Online lesson does not work for most people - otherwise people would engage in online universities more often.
They did a great effort, and teachers had the responsability to keep up. For them. But it was demential.

@memoriam, yeah, right?
I just made a new avie late yesterday, and today I won't be home, but I think I'll be checking my new shiny stuff to create a new one tomorrow :mcwink:

I can't get all the Vinerys Hairs I want either.
I would want it all (as Queen wisely said I want it now) but it's not doable.
I have a long term plan thouhg.

@Moon Star, yeah, it's very tangential, I know, but sometimes you make that sort of links.
I keep digging daily because I want the last digging item I'm missing. Damn fish :qstr:

Complains about pandemic, jobs and too little posting. ;__;

We need more happy topics to post about, lol. Maybe that'd help?

We had a walk in the forest last weekend, I love the forest there, it's huge, old and you walk though a gorge. It's pretty. To keep some complaints in, the end was hot, it always ends walking through the fields with grapes, but even that's pretty. Yeah, I got aching muscles, but that's nearly over.

Hope we can walk again for a bit this weekend. I prefer it much over swimming, lol.

Avatar making is fun too, I haven't made one for days, should pick another color. :D

Boy time flies. I remember when the hair first got introduced. Now it's leaving. I got the colors I wanted at least.

I had the same thing haha, working 7 days a week and no breaks. I actually took off 4 days total in 2020, worked the other 361 :mcheh: My job was already pretty busy before but it really took off after the pandemic started, and then since I was the only person making money, I couldn't really turn down all the extra work I was getting.

@Jolien I don't know, people post about happy stuff all the time and here I am talking for the first time in months in this thread on the complaining stuff XD XD

@Amura: Being a teacher sounds tiring. What grade/subject do you teach? I could never be a teacher, I wouldn't have the patience to teach. I once had to train some coworkers on a program when I worked at a bank because everyone else who knew how to work it quit. I have no clue how they understood what I was teaching them lol.

@Moon Star: Luckily my hours stayed the same, just more stressful because someone had to stay home with her kid for 3 months because no daycare and still learning from home. I didn't know how to do anything she did, but someone else did, so I would help try to alleviate some of the workload from that person with other tasks.

I somehow have obtained a boyfriend and I still don't know how to feed him
We're each other's first kiss. We both agreed that it was overhyped right after LMAO

@Jolien, why do you think happy topics would help.
People LOVE complaining!
It should be an olimpic competition! :mccool:

@Gwendolyn Quincy:
Which colors did you choose? I still don't know what I want!

@Rubie:
I'm a high school maths teacher.
Honestly I think all jobs are exhausting, but if you love what you do then you have strength to do your best. If you destest it then it's unbereable.

@Kitalpha Hart:
Now that's an story worth telling! :qh:

@Kit, congrats! :qh: Is he your first boyfriend? How'd you meet? Aw, new romance, I'm getting emotional :mclove:

@Amura, that's so true about people loving to complain. And my entire nation seems to be known for just that. Well, that and stealing, and maybe vodka :mcargh: I'm such a proud Pole, lol.

Edit: OMFG i just found a fairy! :mcomg: That has not happened in years! :mcdead:

@Kit: Congrats! I wish you two a lot of fun and cute moments.

@memoriam: I'm French. Not only do we complain about anything and everything but we also manage to make it very annoying XD
I had no idea Poles

But if you want happy topics I have one : I am (finally) vaccinated. Yeah!
And second happy topic, I'm meeting a friend today (I can finally speak my native language again, yeah!. It's the first time in months.
