usually not that much (3-5fp per sunflower), if you got a lot left it's better to get some Item's and sell them that price is a lot higher (20-25fp per sunflower) and popular Items will probably go for even more once the shop closes.

The exchange rate is usually 10 food points per 
But items sell for 20-25 per sunflower

The rate has been anything from 2-10FP so far. It actually depends on how many spare "Event currency" people have left at the time we do the exchange. If people hoard tons of them we exchange at a lower food rate so we don't get a noticeable inflation after events.
