Because of all the lags and downtimes the Eggplantation will be extended. Last seeds, water and fertilizers will be available till the 18th. After this you have till the 22th to grow your final plants.

Oh wow I had wondered why I kept getting seeds past the 13th
I had hoped it wasn't a glitch but seeing this updated I can see it was intentional
This is good though, as I'll be able to finish getting everything
I know I was pretty on top of planting but others might not have been
so thanks for the extension

We have the 17th.
I wanted to buy 3 cans of water because i ran out of it and still need them.
As you told, the supplies are available till tomorrow, but I can't buy them!
It always tells me "Event is ending, no supplies available anymore"
HELP!

I do also wonder why it's suddenly ending with 21. instead of 22. o_O
I mean, I don't want to sound ungrateful. It's really nice that we got some more days, so thanks for that. It's just that I wanted to buy some last seeds tomorrow and now it's already over. So, any reason why the dates were changed without futher information?

Lately people have been complaining: When I say for example that an event or free item offer is supposed to run till the, let us say, 10th, then they expect that it is available till the end of the whole day of the 10th, even in their time zone (which sometimes is already late on the 11th for us), while, for me "till the 10th" usually means till the 9th 23:59. (Not that we ever manage to end events by an exact minute or hours, we are no computers after all and have to squeeze in KOfK working time between our real life obligations whenever we can)
Since I wanted to deactivate the event sometime on the 22nd, which is why I originally stated this as end date, some people will complain if the event might not be available for example one hour before midnight on the 22nd in their time zone. Therefore I have corrected the date to the 21st.
We are still planning to deactivate the event on the 22nd, but stating the date like this is hopefully less bound to cause trouble.
