Lacrimosa: I actually got one of the new movies not long ago.
But I got interrupted and never finished it xD
mementomori: Omg, I didn't see a BR one, but there was another series I wanted and someone wanted over $80 for one volume >_>
I only had one character I liked die in Berserk.
My other favorite was still alive when I last read it.
I know I really like Griffith, but then changed my mind >_>

June/DMP series are terrible for having one volume of something that's absurdly expensive...and they run limited print runs on certain volumes exactly for that purpose.
I'd stop buying from them, but they're one of the only BL publishers left (and even they have moved on to hentai, blech), and I'm desperate. XD

Yeah I liked him originally too..
I haven't been able to buy much manga in a while but that's sad that the BL is decreasing.. DX I doubt I'll ever get to own English copies of my favourites.

The stores I buy from rarely if ever have boy love xD
It seems like they used to have more.
I actually went to a third bookstore and they had Battle Royale and Berserk in the mature section.
I wish I had bought them.
The store no longer exists -_-
I actually bought a Battle Royale manga a few months ago, but it wasn't the original. This one centered around the group of girls and such.
I really liked it and I wish they'd have more from the point of view of different characters.
But I think it's a oneshot :\

One store in my area has BL, and I try to buy it from them as much as possible, but it looks like that ship is sinking fast--they're liquidating their manga from the looks of it. Plus side is that there's whole 25 volume series getting slashed to half off...but it's not really worth it in the long run.

Noooo! Reminds me of when Borders was closing down.. so many discounts, but bookstore then gone for good. ;__; I still miss it.

This store like had WAY more manga than the other two.
I was so astounded the first time I went.
I didn't even know where to begin.

Hmm, it is tempting to get the Jojo's manga even though I have no room for the manga I already have.
I think the first anime I watched that I knew was anime is Akira.
Borders was my favorite bookstore. I would go to it often and that's where I acquired most of my manga.

Same here Rosamond, they always had good deals and sales going. I'd often walk out with at least 5 volumes of manga. Eventually my usual total grew to 10! XD
