I'm still alive. Mostly. XD Tam said I should at least announce that much.

Moi-How are you doing? How's your family?

I missed talking to you but the longer I didn't talk, the harder it was to come back. :qoops: I think I got sick of talking on another site and just quit talking everywhere altogether. I've got to stop that. *slaps self*

I've been super busy too. Gardening, yardwork, helping people out, etc. :qsweat:

Thank you both for keeping my thread alive. :qh:

I'm glad you're doing well and your family too. :qg:

Thanks for understanding. :qh:

Mostly flowers here. And some ornamental corn my dad wanted. XD But up at the neighbor's I have flowers, tomatoes, green peppers, lettuce, spinach, and pumpkins! I'm the most excited about the pumpkins. :qg: I've never grown them before and the plants and leaves are so big! The pumpkins are just forming though.

How are your critters doing? Any funny antics? XD

Rayven! :D *would hug, but it's too flipping HOT*

: https://www.theweathernetwork.com/ca/al ... a/edmonton Seriously. This is not Edmonton Alberta weather. Not many have AC here. But I survived okay at work with my little fan blowing on me and ice in my bra.

Tam-Oh my! *glues ice to my body and hugs despite the heat* That is hot for you! I mean, that's hot here too but not unheard of here. We often get that in July/August. I couldn't deal with it without AC though. Please stay safe. :qh:

How's work going, by the way?

*cool hug*

I think Work's going fairly well. I sold a LOT yesterday (though it wasn't me, mostly. They came in wanting to buy)... I need to get the cash to Mrs. Gupta, because some of the sales were in that, and she suggested bringing it with me to keep it safe.

One young lady yesterday, the one that I had given a happy talk about pretty clothes, came and bought a dress. And then she put it on right away. She works at the Four Whistle Farms meat stall, so she was the girl at work in a dress! XD I asked her how it felt, and she said it was thrilling, because she'd never done it before. Also, she was glad she'd changed because even working around a cooler, she was too warm.

Ornamental corn o_O
Oooh pumpkins 8u
The man who owned our house before us had a garden.
We tried to take care of it, but eventually everything just died and we didn't bother.

YES actually. I don't remember if I told you about the newest cat we named Nico? Well, we call him Dooty-do so that might as well be his name ._.
Well, Momo hates him. She hates any other cat. Hiss hiss growl swipe.
Well, he's not scared of her. He will follow her and she'll hiss and swipe at him and he'll swipe at her back.
He's doing it playfully. He's a VERY playful cat.
Well, Momo was growling, hissing and swiping at him last night and she turned her back on him to run and he smacked her on the back and she did a full tumble >xD
She tumbled then landed on her feet and hissed and swiped at him.
It was so hilarious u,B

And it wasn't funny, but Sabre decided to run into the house when we were leaving and we didn't see him so my mom closed the door and his tail got caught in it.
My mom opened the door and chased after him and there were little pieces of black fur floating everywhere ._.

Tam-Wow! Good for you! :qg: I just knew you'd be good at your job.

Awww! That's lovely! Good for her and you. :mccute: Is your boss really nice?

Moi-Yeah, I mean, we can eat it but it's mostly just pretty and for looks. XD Or rather it will be pretty when it grows. XD Don't feel bad. It's not easy to garden. I make mistakes all the time and I only have so much patience with it.

I can't remember either. :qoops: Awww, how cute. XD I can see Mommo hating her new shadow. XD Kind of serves her right for being a crab though. XD

I bet it was. The other day Bob tried to smell Casper's butt and Casper turned around and smacked Bob on both cheeks. XD

Awww, poor guy. :qsob: I bet that hurt. Has he forgiven your mom yet? XD

Reminds me of my friend's mom. She had a lot of jars of vegetables she had for decoration 8u

He looks a lot like her at times too.
Dooty-do: [x]
Momo: [x]

He's so funny. He's really energetic and plays with his toys a lot and runs around the house. He also lets us hold him and he has slept beside and on my sister a few times.
He's a really sweet cat that came out of nowhere u8

Cats can be so violent, but then again I'd react the same way in that case, I guess 8u

He acted like nothing happened so I guess so xD
He's a sweet cat despite being an asshole to other cats.
We tried so hard to chase him off and he refused to leave.
He's mellowed out a little and lets us pet him and he even jumps up in our laps.
He still claws at us sometimes, though :\
I petted him the other day and he swiped at me and as soon as he did, he jumped down and ran to the front door and I said "Yeah, outside >Bu".
He was like "Oh, shit I fucked up! I'll see myself out!"

Other than the periodically asking someone to watch the stall and then running off for one reason or other (pee, ice cream, paying a debt...).

I think she's nice. I'm not sure what to think of her yet, which I know is kind of silly. People come looking for her when she's not there, though, and are disappointed not to see her, so I think that means she's nice. She really wants to feed me, and is fairly tickled when I show up on one of my giving people goodies runs.

Ornamental corn is pretty nice when it's dried and then boiled til it's tender. More flavour then you get from the modern sweet corn. *has ears of miniature coloured corn stuck in containers around the house instead of flowers*

XD Dooty has fancy gloves.

There was a little tiny lost kitten on one video I watched yesterday, she was beetling around in the bushes crying and looking for someone, and when she saw a lady she ran to her just crying in a little voice that was cracked from crying for hours. The lady brought her home, washed off the fleas, and then showed how the tiny thing would slap back at the big cats when they slapped at her. Very determined and brave little cat. Made me wonder if she'd had siblings who didn't go looking for help, because most little pointy tail toddle kittens won't.
