The healthcare system here sucks xD
So many times, I've been at the clinic trying to get my medicine and saw people turned away because they couldn't pay for their medicine.
That's horrible.
This isn't a poor country, we should be able to get everyone seen without charging them an arm and a leg.
I was talking to someone about the prison system and how inmates are treated in there regarding health. My family member waited TWO YEARS to see a doctor there. And they have several health problems.
And all anyone says is "They don't care." "Inmates are bad people so who cares?"
I care. People who have loved ones in there care.
People do stupid shit and end up there. Doesn't always mean they're worthless garbage. Some people didn't even do anything but were imprisoned.
"I don't care." is not an answer. They are people in YOUR custody. You'd better fucking care >_>
I also was told there's so many people there that they can't care for everyone.
They make money from putting people there. They nickle and dime the prisoners and the prisoners' loved ones.
I remember sending someone ecomm and they charged me about $5 for handling or something. The item I sent wasn't even near that amount o__O
It's highway robbery >_>
On a side note, I'm a cheapass so I don't see why this country hemorrhages money on trivial shit and lets its citizens die or be homeless or locked up.

America got to be the shittiest first world country ever. Seriously.
So after going to the ER they did an xray on me. Found I have a herniated disc which is pinching a nerve. I have to call a back surgeon tomorrow to schedule an MRI to determine if it can be fixed with physical therapy or surgery. So that all super sucks. I can kind of move around a little bit now, so that is a plus.
So I'm out of commission for a while. Yay.

Me too. It super sucks. Now I'm on a handful of pain pills and it makes me real nauseous, but the pain is worse. Good times

Packing, packing, and more packing. Moving on the 29th of the month. Pulled a muscle in my chest while doing so on Friday, took until today for the pain to go away. Sounds like you are in a lot more pain then I was though *gentle hugs*

Aw, poor thing! I hate pulling muscles. No fun at all. Heat helps a lot with that kind of pain. For future reference.
Yeah, but I'm used to being in pain. It's pretty normal for me. Though it's generally not quite that severe. lol. I'm feeling a lot better today. This medicine makes me super sleepy though. Ugh.
Are you excited about the move?

Yes, I'm very excited but also nervous, as I haven't moved many times in my life. But this is a special move because it will be into our "forever home" so that will be amazing.

I hope that everything goes well with the move for you.
I've moved uhhhh... 8 times total I believe. So not a WHOLE lot. But a few times.
I want to move back into an apartment. I feel like it would be easier on me. lol..
