I've lived here my whole life, and once every 2 years or so the winter gets pretty snowy and cold - and I am in the city, near Vancouver. It always snows in the interior areas far out from the city, and yes it definitely also rains a lot in the winter as well LoL. It's scary when it gets really cold and then it rains and everything on the ground is frozen... BUT it's not as bad as some of the other provinces get it so I can't really complain. 
The winters seem to be getting worse over the last couple years, though.

It's so nice reading about the different places~~
I get cold easily and don't really sweat, so being in california is perfect!

btw it's not summer yet so we aren't hit with the full summer temps yet. But we have warm breezes and warm air already with humidity and hot days and gradually our cool nights are disappearing.

It's usually very cold over here, but this time around we had good weather until late October. It just started getting cold, and oh gosh if it is coooold.

Uhhh....well I went to a maple syrup farm when I was younger and I remember them pouring maple syrup onto snow to make candies for us.
Apart from that, I don’t think that’s how they’re normally made lol. And to be honest, I’m not really into maple anything lol.
