I read her book a few years ago, and it was so... Japanese.
I can't really understand why people all over the world think it's something you can apply to everybody. For me it seemed very narrow.
I do get "it sparks joy" but still sounds a bit too posh
Virtual clutter is harder to get rid of imho. Because it does not take an obvious physical space it's harder to notice.
Think of now everything being on a vitual "cloud". It must require thousands of servers but, hey, they are not in your house so you don't notice them.
