Ahh, I see. o: Lipstick can look strangely different in the mirror if you're not used to it. I feel so weird seeing myself in anything that stands out! I'm sure you don't look like trash. :p A lip liner can really help with putting on lipstick, though.

And I dunno if you have a makeup counter area, like in a mall, but folks there are usually super helpful in finding something that not only suits you, but might be more what you're looking for as well!

Hmm that can vary on the brand! I used to use Mac, and it kind of had a matte finish and looked rather.. fake, so to speak. I tried another brand a few months ago, called Bobbi Brown, and not only does it match my skin tone better, but it doesn't have that strange texture and looks really natural. It doesn't hide/cover up imperfections to the same extent (the Mac would almost white out any red on my face), but it covers enough that it doesn't bother me. XD It seems to feel better on my face, too.
Ooh! Eyeliner is something I've not played with much, partly because it's a pain to wash off for sure LOL. I personally usually just use my foundation and some eyebrow pencil, sometimes lip gloss if I remember.. 8u
My face is kind of a mess, too. :s It feels like no matter what I do there's always something wrong with my skin, lol.

Ooh yeah usually malls will have various makeup counters, you could probably even try out a couple different brands and see which one you like. Colours will vary, but so will the general feel of products. Mac has gorgeous lip gloss colours, but they are very sticky. XD I try to just use it for special occasions instead of at work, since walking to the bus stop is windy I'll end up getting hair stuck to my mouth constantly. But yeah lots to see and try at malls, usually!

:D omg makeup talk~ Yay/ Yeap I love mac lipsticks and lipglosses BUT they are sticky.

And for me the besst in wet n wild ones- cause they are like 2$ AND so well pigmented... It also stains the lips so you wont worry about reapplying so mych.

@Errisa; The lip glosses are sooo~ sticky! I have this really nice one that has a gold sheen on it though that I love to put over lipstick. x3 What colours do you go for?

I recently grabbed one from the brand Pacifica? I think.. part of the name has rubbed off. XD It's really smooth and not sticky at all. Quite nourishing as well, seems to work better than my chapstick. owo

Same here, haha. My mom usually drags me to them. o: Though I've gotten some things I've liked, and have opened up to the idea of using makeup more.
