Yeah, those big professional sites work in a different way - cause they surely have a team working on each aspect of the site, and not just two people (one artist and one coder) for everything.
That's why smaller sites as KofK have so much personal merit <3

Hmmm fair enough, although I remember having zero feelings for Gaia due to lack of personality. Might've changed over the years, though. Maybe I'll check it out for a bit

and it may be a generational thing. i mean, gaia has been around for 20 years i believe.
